User Management

The User Management feature in Kuberns is designed to enhance the efficiency and control of your deployment processes. By allowing easy addition, modification, and removal of users, it ensures that you can maintain optimal team dynamics and security.

This capability is particularly useful for managing client projects, as it allows partners to quickly adjust team compositions and roles in response to project needs.

To access the User Management feature in Kuberns, start by selecting your concerned application directly from the dashboard. This straightforward navigation ensures you can quickly manage user permissions and roles for your projects, enhancing collaboration and control.

Inviting Additional Users

If your account is a partner account, you have the privilege of inviting additional users to your project. From the User Management section, you can invite new team members by simply providing their email addresses.

Assigning Roles

Kuberns offers a variety of roles to suit different levels of access and responsibilities within a project. When inviting users, you can assign them roles such as co-owner, maintainer, or developer.

Each role has specific permissions, ensuring that team members have the appropriate level of access for their tasks. This role-based access control helps maintain order and security within your projects.

Editing User Access

In addition to inviting new users, Kuberns allows you to edit user access details even after they have been added. You can change a user’s role or delete their access altogether as your project needs evolve.

This means you can maintain tight control over who has access to what, ensuring security and efficiency in project management.

With Kuberns, managing users is both simple and powerful.

By leveraging the User Management feature, you can ensure that your team is always composed of the right people with the right permissions, enhancing the overall efficiency and success of your deployments.
